Founder of Hentley Farm Mr Keith Hentschke along with Our Head Chef and management at Sammys invites you to kick off the evening with a glass of ‘Hentley farm Blanc de Noir Vintage Sparkling’ on arrival.
The 6-course Degustation will showcase the freshest, high-quality seafood from Coffin Bay oysters to SA Lobster Bisque, the feast will be fresh and plentiful. Other local treats include Pork belly,Duck Breast and Beef Cheeks along with Creme Brulee at the end. Each dish has been expertly paired with wines from Hentley Farm.
Winemaker, Keith Hentschke , has over thirty years of experience and will be your winemaker for the evening. He will discuss the various wines from the Hentley Farm, the reasons behind their delicious cuisine pairings, and share his extensive experience with you throughout the night.
